I tuoi dati in Whatswrapp
Conservazione e cancellazione
I dati dell’account sono conservati durante l’utilizzo del servizio. In Profilo → Elimina account puoi richiedere direttamente la cancellazione definitiva, confermando la password. Vengono rimossi account, profilo, contatti, foto, attestati e i tuoi messaggi; offerte e impegni ancora attivi vengono annullati.
Your data in Whatswrapp
The controller is Francesco Ercoli, Italy, reachable at info@whatswrapp.com. Whatswrapp is currently a personal project under ARXE STUDIO branding.
We process your name, email, hashed password, session identifiers and the information you submit: professional profile, languages, photos, portfolios, certificates, messages and attachments, jobs and applications, offers including compensation, availability, work commitments, reviews, blocks and reports. This provides the service you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Do not upload unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information.
Optional profile publication shares those details with other registered users and can be disabled in your profile. Location, photos, camera and microphone use system permissions. GPS is requested only in the foreground. Public profile coordinates are rounded to two decimal places. The displayed map area is sent to the server and map services and can reveal precise location. Search requests and technical data may appear in operational logs for security and diagnostics. A work address is shared only with its participants. Calls use LiveKit in real time and are not recorded by Whatswrapp. Messages use encrypted transport and access controls, without end-to-end encryption. Authorised moderators may inspect reported content and submitted certificates. Abuse prevention, moderation and technical security logs serve our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). There is no behavioural advertising or advertising profiling.
Hosting providers store the database and private files. Expo forwards push tokens and generic notifications to Apple/Google, without message, photo or agreement contents. You can revoke notification permission in phone settings. OpenFreeMap serves maps and receives map requests and IP addresses. Address lookup also uses operating-system location services. These providers may process data outside the EEA; Expo states its participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework in its privacy policy; Google/FCM publishes data processing terms. Contact the controller for further provider and safeguard details. External links open services with their own policies. We do not sell your data.
Account data is kept while you use the service. Profile → Delete account permanently deletes your account, profile, contacts, photos, certificates and your messages, and cancels active offers and commitments. The other person keeps their own messages and only dates and role for completed work, without your identity or agreement contents. Private-file erasure retries automatically after failures. Encrypted backups are isolated from normal use, retained for at most 60 days, and later deletions must be reapplied when restoring them.
Contact info@whatswrapp.com to request access, correction, portability, erasure, restriction or objection, or to withdraw optional consent. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. We do not make legally significant decisions based solely on automated profiling. The application form collects your name, email, studio if provided, city and country, sectors, professional background, experience, work references and evidence links to assess your request to access the service (Article 6(1)(b)). Only authorised operators can read applications; submission does not create or publish an account. You can request withdrawal and erasure at info@whatswrapp.com. If approved, a personal invitation lets you choose your password; passwords are never sent by email.
Applications: retention and erasure requests
We retain each application for a maximum of 30 days from its original receipt, including applications received before this update. Approval, rejection, activation, duplicate submissions and replacement invitations do not restart this period. Expired applications cannot be reviewed or used to activate an account and are erased by the automatic check that runs every minute. An already activated account follows the account retention rules.
You can withdraw your application and request its erasure by writing to info@whatswrapp.com, even if you do not have an account. We verify that the request is yours using proportionate measures, without requesting unnecessary documents. We respond within one month, except for justified extensions permitted by the GDPR, which we communicate within that same period. Erasing an application revokes its invitations and does not delete an already activated account; that account follows the account retention and deletion rules described above.
Backup copies remain isolated and expire within 60 days. We separately keep a minimal technical erasure record, containing only the application identifier and date, for a maximum of 61 days, to prevent erased applications from reappearing after a restore. This record contains no name, email, work references, evidence or tokens. Before a restored system is reopened, erasures must be reapplied and requests received after the backup must be checked.
The form also asks for your phone platform (Android or iOS) to organise access to the app. If you use a referral link, we associate your application with the person who shared it to measure its source. Only authorised operators can view this association; referrers cannot access applicants’ data. The code stays in the link when you change language, without cookies or persistent browser storage. After an application is erased, only the aggregate application total for each referrer remains, without applicants’ names, emails or identifiers.
Deine Daten in Whatswrapp
